By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the following terms and conditions.
In this TOS, 'I' is referring to the artist/pipo, and 'you' is referring to the commissioner/client.Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.If you are commissioning me, by default, you are agreeing to my terms and I’m not responsible for any incovenience if you choose to not read them.If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.
I won't take any responsability for any missundertsanding or mistake that may happen if you don't read these Terms of Service. Ignorance of them doesn't exempt from compliance.
✩ To be clear, all commissions are for personal use only, kindly let me know beforehand if you plan to use it for commercial-use.✩ Do not send payment until I confirm your commission.✩ Changes after the lineart phase will add an extra fee (simple details that I can correct or was my mistake are not charged).✩ I have the right to use the commission for promotion purposes (my portfolio, social media, as an example of my commissions' list), if you don't want to be public, mention it in the form.✩ Please keep in mind that prices are indicated per character and may engage additional costs depending on complexity.✩ Refrain from modifying, tracing or recoloring the final piece.✩ The commissioner may not claim the artwork as their own.✩ Alterations without the artist's consent is not allowed. You are not allowed to add your own watermark to the artwork. If you post it, post the one that has my watermark on it. Or simply just credit my twitter, ig.✩ If I have any trouble sending you the commission: email was wrong, didn’t receive email, resizes are wrong, etc. Please contact me and I will try to fix it, if you receive the commission and you do not notify me of these type of situations I will assume everything was OK and you received the commission.✩ As the artist, I own all rights to the artwork produced.
✩ Send reference through DMs/email of your character, expressions, inspiration, poses, etc. Everything that is useful so that you can have the clearest ideas possible!.✩ I will message back if I agree to work on the commission or not.✩ I will start working on it once payment is processed.
✩ All payment must be sent in full and upfront to avoid being scammed.✩ The payment method is via PAYPAL (USD). You have to give me your paypal email and I will send you an invoice so you can make the payment.✩ Final price will have an additional 5% cost due to paypal fee.
✩ Once the full payment is made, a sketch will be sent within 7 days so you can make the changes you want. After these revisions, I will no longer accept huge changes.✩ I will notify and give you updates from time to time when doing your commission, so be sure to check your email or dm frequently because I need your feedback to continue.✩ Finished commissions will be sent via a drive.
✩ It takes me one to four weeks to make a commission.✩ You can always see the status of your commission in the waitlist.✩ Please be patient! Currently I'm studying and in my free time I advance commissions. In case you need the commission for a certain date, let me know to take is as a priority, if you need the drawing for a specific day, an extra fee will be charged.
✩ STRICTLY NO REFUND if I'm already far ahead on your commission or after the commission is completed.✩ Full refund will be given if I'm unable to complete the commission due to any personal reasons.✩ Refunds are only available before I start working on your commission. I will accommodate to your request if it's an emergency.✩ If you require a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money myself.✩ If a chargeback is issued, you will lose the aforementioned rights and I will decline the request. I will provide Paypal with an explanation from our conversation and TOS.✩ Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.
